Ruby and Ruby on Rails excluded from Netbeans 7

Ruby and Ruby on Rails were included in NetBeans three years ago, but after that Sun was acquired by Oracle had much concern for dynamic languages, as this could be scaled down IDE. This has become a reality, as from version 7, Ruby will not be supported by NetBeans.
