A vulnerability allows access to any PayPal account 30 second
A security vulnerability in the systems PayPal you have full unrestricted access to any account 30 second, Matt Langley told of Computer Integrated Enterprises Ltd..
The vulnerability resides in the features on the PayPal for the recovery of forgotten passwords.
Langley says:
PayPal sends the password change procedure to e-mail is not allowed instead of the authorized e-mail. Once you click on the link sent by e-mail, you change your password, and you have total access to this account. It is not necessary to use sophisticated hacking tricks and. This is a bug in their mail system that corrupts the e-mail.
Once the attacker has access, there is nothing that limits their ability to steal money from the account. The exploit is, obviously, a direct violation of the privacy of PayPal and a long list of laws, so do not try this at home.
After a series of high-profile attacks this year such as the Sony PlayStation Network this serious vulnerability in PayPal is likely to climb to the summit because it is used by millions of Internet users to transfer money in e-commerce sites.
