October 14th, 2011 2 comments

Tomorrow at’ApCamp Ascoli Piceno with friends of’cultural association of the care will present our project City 2.0

This project developed by the association I Care wants to be a platform to offer a flexible and powerful tool for active citizenship. Technically, we have developed on WordPress with our custom and soon develop the mobile HTML5 app and we'll make a wordpress theme open source so that everyone can use on your wordpress site.

City 2.0 regard itself as the creation of a circuit that combines the planet multimedia Internet and the preservation of the goods we all use every day, through reports of malfunction or abnormal situations on roads, gardens, transport, structural and infrastructural problems but also institutional inefficiencies, criminal behavior or illegal building, ect…

At the base of this spirit of civil and participatory citizens, that will become the protagonists of the maintenance and implementation of their city by spontaneous reports on site.

City 2.0 is still a prototype and will be officially presented tomorrow at 10.20 S at the Cultural Centre. Augustine located in Corso Mazzini, 90. Location that will also see the participation of other associations and / or individuals who exhibit their projects.

Billiards done with the new HTML5

March 15th, 2011 No comments

Agent 008 Ball is a game of billiards Pixel Lab where you play with the agent 008 and have the task of preventing terrorist organization CHALK to win the International Billiards Tournament.

The game was commissioned by Microsoft as a showcase site for the launch of Internet Explorer 9 (in truth Google Chrome HTML5 supports at least 1 year), Pixel Lab asking an app that had been installed as a native application. Agent 008 Ball uses the HTML5 Canvas and audio capabilities and a physics engine JavaScript for an end result that feels like something written in Flash or on the desktop.

Eye because of dependence :-)
