The twins Winklevoss accusing Mark Zuckerberg of stealing their idea for the social networking site Facebook, have decided not to appeal to the Supreme Court. In a paper presented today, in federal court in San Francisco, the duo said that after ‘careful consideration,’ have decided not to ask the Supreme Court to review the compensation ,already awarded by other sets of proceedings, of $ 65 million.

Linkedin: the new connection request in facebook style

Linkedin is a social networking service on the network used primarily for the professional network. Although since I joined , now 3 years, I have not received any offer of employment continue to use it because you can contact and know many colleagues who are my own work.

Moreover, unlike the more famous FaceBook being specialized in employment and in particular the work that revolve around the technology, has not yet invaded by the entire “spam”/trash style FaceBook. Facebook: the film “The Social Network” is a candidate to 6 Including Golden Globes “Best Picture”

The film was nominated for six Golden Globe, including Best Picture and Best Actor (Jesse Eisenberg for his portrayal of Mark Zuckerberg). The film has garnered nominations for Best Supporting Actor (Andrew Garfield as Eduardo Saverin), Best Director (David Fincher), Best Screenplay (Aaron Sorkin) and Best Original Score (Trent Reznor e Atticus Ross).

The film has already been awarded the Best Film by the New York Film Critics Online, The Boston Society of Film Critics e il Los Angeles Film Critics Association. The most prestigious honor of all – The Academy Awards – announce their candidacy in January. Beyond recognition, the film was a commercial success for Columbia Pictures, cashing 184 millions of dollars at a cost of 50 million. The marketing campaign has involved more than the usual social media and social networking sites like Mashable.

I've seen and frankly with a few nice scenes on programmers like me I do not think this masterpiece by Oscar what you say?

Change the design of the pages on facebook

Facebook seems to be about to launch a new design of its Fan Pages. This change seems to include the site location Places, checkin and its features, allowing “likers” of the page to check in to it.

The Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg is said to have showed the new design of the pages in the transmission of American 60 Minutes tonight, it seems that the biggest change is in the shop, You can already see this on the news page Ellen ‘s DeGeneres Fan Page Click here to view. On the page of Ellen, you will see a count of the number of checkins that had the page.
